The tyres can be pumped up to 100 PSI which gives a very solid ride, but I find somewhere around 60-80 suits well, but they do well with pavements and small potholes making travelling a smooth and enjoyable experience. The design goes a long way for this and so do the wheels. I think one of the reasons is that it stands out from other kick scooters on the market and feels a lot more serious and much more ‘adult’ compared to other models. The colour is vibrant and rich and certainly turns heads, I’ve been stopped a number of times by passers by commenting on. It’s lightweight and folds up as easily as viewed on the videos and stores very compactly. It’s very solidly built and comes with all of the tools you’ll need to adjust it. I purchased this with the intention of using it as an alternative to public transport during the coronavirus lockdown and I’ve got to admit it ha surpassed my expectations. My only concern is when can I get out next and where shall I go? Make sure you get the bell as it’s so quiet you’ll need it, especially on shared paths. It’s a great workout, burning more calories than a fast walk and way more fun. Learn to change legs, the hop is a real power boost.
